Gilad Elbom is the author of Scream Queens of the Dead Sea, a work of fiction, and two theological books: Kabbalah as Literature: The Revolution of Interpretation and Textual Rivalries: Jesus, Midrash, and Kabbalah. He is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, and the University of North Dakota. He teaches in the School of Writing, Literature, and Film at Oregon State University.
